Received a call from this number just now. He said, he was calling from RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) and he is having warrant on me.

Con artist slipped. Got a call saying I had an immigration violation. While he was talking to me someone - may be his wife -or another criminal, interrupted him and he started speaking to that person n an Asian language - it sounded like Sinhalese (Srilankan language). I was rough with him anyway (knowing these are con-men), and asked him "What language are you speaking?". He went silent and I cut off the line. THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT MUST CATCH THESE CRIMINALS and stop them harassing innocent people.
it was about immigration complaint. He mentioned form IMN 1000. Do not volunteer your information over the phone. When asked questions (with thick Indian accent), I replied "as immigration officer, you must already have my details" after what he closed the phone.
