I just got a call from them. They are calling on behalf of CAA. The lady who called me said "they". They were trying to sell some sort of accidental death insurance. When I said I wasn't interested, she went into the usual "Scare tactic" of saying that someone in Canada dies in an accident every 53 minutes. I said "I'm sorry, I have to go" and hung up.
Then please have the courtesy to say Hello right away when I answer the phone and not just leave dead air or disconnect. I think CAA would like that, unless CAA is a company that likes to harass people.
Called my land line on Mon Nov. 19 2012 at 4:18 PM. Caller ID shows name is "6474361325" (i.e., the phone No.). Didn't answer, and no message was left. I am a CAA member.
Got a call on my cellphone from this no. 6474361325 today Nov. 27, 2012 @6:48pm but when I'm about to answer it...line was disconnected...didnt even given me a chance to say my Hello .... so rude!
