Toronto Police Services. It's donation time, but the voice mail just leaves a number and address you can call them back.
Most likely a donation for the Games they put on for kids.

It also could be a spoofed number looking to scam you. Do your homework.

didn't answer this telepest; they left voicemail that they are "calling on behalf of the Toronto Police Association" & giving another # to call back.  AS IF I'M GOING TO CALL THE POLICE UNION!
