Same thing - Toronto Police association related phone survey. Though the caller iD shows 647-503-0155, the number they refer us to is the Toronto Police association at 416-491-4301. Neither have a link or option to opt out of these annoying calls.

the crtc can do a better job by putting a stop to those annoying scamming phone calls
