They keep calling, never answer and don't leave messages. Who are these jerks??

Someone keeps calling not leaving a message and no other person on the other end!!!!

this is a telemarketer

Three calls from this number in the last 24 hours.  They hang up after one second each time.  Very annoying.

I should add that I've never given my cell phone number out to any sort of company.  The only people who know my number are close friends and family.
