My wife and I have two phones that are one digit apart, we both received calls from this number.. so obviously they are just running down the list. Neither of the calls left a message.
Generally, if you tell them you're not interested and please stop calling my number, they will take you out of their system. If they continue to call, ask to speak with one of their supervisors and tell them. Filing complaints against companies like this generally won't get you anywhere but if you feel you need to, go to the California Attorney General's website and file the complaint there.
