Called, clearly a call center.  I'm on the DNC, but I'm also a wireless number which is illegal to solicit even if I wasn't on the DNC.

called at 5pm asking if i had any home improvement work.  Same number and voice from a couple days ago.  told her she called me before.  She told me "that's a lie!  Have a blessed day".  Hung up

unwanted call,hang up.

Called again. Same as above. Blocked.
