Caller falsely stated they were with my insurance company, i called my company, they have no affiliation, i asked for a supervisor, and was hung up on, could barely understand caller thru their very very thick accent. Very unhappy.
Answered phone but the party hung up without saying a word. This number continues to call and doesn't leave messages or will hang up. I spoke with someone stating they are with an insurance company a few days ago. I asked them to take this number off of their list. Let them know that our number is on the government's DO NOT CALL LIST. SPAMMERS !!!
Got two calls to my wife's cell phone. Made the mistake of answering the second one. VERY thick mid-eastern accent. I could barely understand him. He refused to transfer me to someone who spoke American English. Claimed to be from my insurance company and that I qualified for a discount. Had WAY too much information about me. I tried to explain that I would call my local agent, but he just kept talking over me. He did not acknowledge hearing a word I said. Very rude. I finally hung up, blocked his number, and called my local agent. My insurance company does not do that kind of calling, so it is a scam.
Missed this call on July 3rd. No message left. Called it back using *67 so my number couldn't be traced. It rang once and then a recording with an Indian woman's voice said "Please hold while I transfer you to a sales specialist". I sat on hold for about a minute as it kept repeating that message, Then it rang once and hung up on me. I suspect it hung up since my number didn't pop up. Sounds like a scam since they didn't say the name of the company at all anytime during the hold message.
