This person called me 8 times between 5 a.m. and noon today.   Called 17 times on the weekend.  Calls come in weekday and weekend.  Never leaves a message.  When I call back the number is busy.  Blocking this number.  SCAM ALERT.

Research shows this number is based out of Bandwidth.com (an VOIP service). Their domainname resolves to 104.198.8.133 which is a GOOGLE-CLOUD network 104.196.0.0/14. 15-20 calls everyday for the past 2-3 weeks from this number, can't call it back, and they never leave a message or even say a word.

Some Indian man says he can get me grant money to further my education.. He also says he has to coach me on what to say in order for me to receive the money. Before transferring me to the education advisor. I hung up on him and he had called 5 more times leaves no message

this caller has called for the past few weeks, everyday 5 or 6 times a day.  they may skip a day and make up for it the next day.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know, but the label says "San Francisco Peninsula Area"
