Calls multiple times/day and doesn't reply.

I HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY THIS PEOPLE USING THAT TEL. NO.  I HAVE REPORT IT TO THE REDWOOD CITY. CA POLICE DEPT. FOR AN INVESTIGATION.

Got dozens of calls from this number today and previous days.

I keep getting calls from San Francisco Peninsula.  No one answers usually but I've had a couple of calls asking for other names.  I think they just fish for info.  I think it's a solar company.  If I call back, I get a recording that it's disconnected.  I tried to block the calls on my phone but "they" are somehow using phony numbers.
