I live in Palo Alto and received more than 10 times calls from the number 650-306-9586 yesterday and 8 times today, The name is Loar Kevin R. What should I do?

Several calls and there's never anyone on the other end. Finally got a person tonight. Said she was calling from national energy center and would not give a call back number. Told her to call back tomorrow.

I have been getting many calls from this number.  When I answer, no one is there.  I tried calling back, but says number disconnected.

Same here I got calls from this number at least twice per day, usually between 10am - 2pm PST. A few other 650 area code numbers appear to be the same solar panels scam : 650-369-0289, 650-368-3626, 650-257-7220, 650-364-6788, 650-257-3341. All being blocked and not surprised there will be more to come... Don't answer the call!
