Called today 6/2/16 and did not leave a message - it is a Spoofed number routing through India - you can get any phone number from
an application called Twillio.These guys did just that - it is a scam.
Contractors get our names from City Hall. I asked one who called me where he got my name and he said from a list he buys.
I bet everyone who gets called owns a home.
