After the second call, on my cell this afternoon, I answer to the typical long pause and then shuffling sounds in the background, then some jack a s s guy asks for me by name which I didn't validate. He says that he's a contractor remodeling homes in my neighborhood and he'll be by to give free estimates on my home. I told him to remove my number from his caller list and to cease and desist with any further calls. He said, "Sure will." 5 minutes later the same number called me again! What do I do now? Call the police, what?!?
