calling multiple times a day, nobody there, then the automated "sorry we can not connect you"

Calling every evening... Automated service saying that no one is available to talk.

If you call the number, you get a similar message.  Not sure how to block the in-bound calls, but they are annoying.

Got the same call a second time now.
Googled the number and found this site.
What is the purpose of the call if they can't talk to you?
Just to see if it's a legitimate phone number or to see if someone picks up?

I get multiple calls PER DAY from this number.  I never answer it, but they don't give up.  Caller ID just says San Carlos, CA.  Please, make it stop!

No one here can do that.  Invest in a call blocker.   Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.
