The offending caller from 650-618-8080 IS NOT going to be reading this page, and even if he or she was do you think they'd actually be courteous enough to delete your phone number from their robo caller base?

The same thing happened with me. This guy by the name of Steve supposedly claims my house needs work. Steven sounded like he had a mouthful of food when he spoke. Whata slob! Anyway, I told Steve that my husband's father is a contractor and that he'll call you back. I was hung up on very, very quickly.
We have been receiving these calls for weeks, and they continue despite our calls to PacWest and to the Do Not Call Directory folks. Zero interest or followup by either PacWest or anyone with responsibility for monitoring the DNC list - are you surprised? This is phar for te course for the poorly run, unresponsive land line providers, and is anyone surprised that the telecom-smart next generation has turned their back on land lines. If you have kids older than 15 you know that none of them see land line telephones as part of their current or future lives. The cell market is also an oligopoly, but at least you can switch providers. And who exactly is PacWest, and why aren't they involved in this conversation? Note their absence above. Just one scam after another! The callers? Probably just some losers in 94305 who are unhappy and resentful - this is the best they can do. I say ignore them, which is all they deserve - and anyway they're used to it.
