Caller ID shows the phone number and unavailable.
They do not leave a message.
When I call the number, it shows disconnected.
How can that be legal?  How can those calls be stopped?

Answered called.  She said she was from GF Builders.  When I asked why she was calling since I was on the do not call list she hung up on me.
