I rec'd a call stating the same thing as "J". He stated he worked for Windows and when asked the name of his company he said "DC Repair" who I'm writing to as well. I don't have caller id and I asked for the name of his company and phone number. He asked why and I stated I would be passing this onto the police and told him to become more ethical. He hung up...no big surprise here.
received numerous attempted calls from this number(718-277-2515) in the last month..they never leave message and I don'd have caller id so I star 69 and get charged...but it is same number. how do I get my name and number of this list..i live in Nova Scotia Canada and the calls come in early am..
I enjoy these calls. I'm recording them and will soon put them on Youtube. One time I pretended that I was very stupid and got the person increasingly frustrated with my inability to follow instructions. The best part was when they asked me what it said on my computer screen and I paused for a few seconds and then answered: "Samsung". They then asked if my computer was on and I said no, "I thought you were going to do that."
Another fun response is to use a fake Indian accent and say, "Ranjit! Is that you, you silly fellow! Always joking with me! Hahahahaha!" I persist with the accent and insist that he must be my cousin Ranjit playing a prank on me.
I love their frustration and it usually gets me off their call lists for 6 months or so.
This number has been calling me the last two weeks, all hours day and night, VERY FRUSTRATING!! Thank god I have call display, so now I just pick up the phone and leave it on the TV stand, or by the radio, or near the sink while I wash dishes, my fav is when I put the phone by the toilet and flush....LOL
5:05AM!!!! Who are these people. Calling at this time of day is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I wish I could get their phone number so I could call them at this time of day and see how much they enjoy it.
