they start calling on Saturday morning at 8:30 and it continues all day every hour. when i answer they hang up. it shows on caller id as R T R Financial.
They call my personal number but leave messages via my Google voice number. The first time I called someone did pick up and immediately transferred me to some lady who then hung up on me when I tried to ask who was calling me. I call the number back- which usually varies - and the one posted below (which is the message I get over email, and it's either machine only or never-ending ringing:

I also received the same exact calls as DDiaz above. It's an automatic call stating the same exact recorded message stating that I have a debt and that they are an collection agency and asking me to contact this Allen Miller at that exact number listed above to resolve this matter. I called twice and got hung up twice, so they are most likely a fraud business trying to harasses innocent people at outrageous times. I do not owe any debt either. They will be on my block list from now on. BLOCKED
RTR is a collection agency for hospital bills. Nothing more, nothing less. A hospital referred you to collections. So yes, you do owe a debt. Even if its a co-pay.
