You made your recruiters lie to people!!! Now these people think that the recruiters who were calling them are horrible people!! They dont know that you put your recruiters jobs on the line and intimidate them into reading off scripts. BE STRAIGHTFORWARD!!! if someone wants to sell insurance they will. Also the stupid fake response is not winning anyone over!
National Income is similar to Primerica/Primamerica or Herbalife. They are constantly looking for insurance sales agents to push their products. They will call you and ask you to come in for an interview for a "manager" position. So I ask about the range of compensation for a "manager", and they were unable to tell me. I mean if you are looking for sales agent, why can't you just say its a commission based job and you are selling insurance products to unions members. Come on, you can't sell a sale man.
Whether or not the company is legitimate in its intentions is irrelevant. My contacts, including personal phone number, have been handed off to scammers and robocallers during my search for employment. if an organization which is legitimate and a potential opportunity is trying to reach me and does not leave a voicemail message, that organization hasnt a shot in hell at speaking to me.
I got a call to my cell phone asking if I was on the market. Kind of rude lady, didn't sound like a recruiter eventhough she said she was calling from a company called PAPPA something recruits. anyways with a demanding tone she asked "are you doing anything at all?" I said yes...she goes "what are you doing now"?...Well if you have my resume -which is the reason you are interested in me in the first place- it means that you can see if I am working or not. Not having a good feeling about it.
