Interesting. I received a call from this number four days in a row, around the same time. Since I cannot answer my cell phone at work, I did not pick up. No message was left. I don't have any outstanding bills with them, nor do I have any appointments pending. If it is Time Warner, they have extremely poor customer service! Stop soliciting me already!
Here's a trick. When you know TWC is going to be calling you about an appointment, change your voicemail message so it sounds like you are really answering. Say something along the lines of "Hello" then pause a few seconds and then say "thank you so much for calling to confirm my Time Warner appointment. I will be home at our agreed upon time. DO NOT cancel my appointment!" You could also add something along the lines of "or else I will hunt you down and force you to install my cable over and over and over" but that might be considered aggresive.
