I got a call from them this morning, and they hung up on me after I yelled "Hello" several times into the phone.
I just changed my service plan and downgraded. What could they be calling about?!
I'm beginning to regret having ordered cable internet from Warner Communications, as they have called me a half dozen times from 2 different phone numbers to confirm the already confirmed order and installation appointment...
Time Warner. I have cable/internet through them, they called to offer me the Triple Play package (90 days of free phone as the hook). Caller didn't seem very professional, but there was a delay in his talking to me and I heard something in the background (perhaps another CS agent).
I have just started getting multiple phone calls a day from TWC. I use them for cable/internet .. and have no choice. The past two weeks I have seen the number on my caller ID but they NEVER leave a message. I am finally home to take the call and they hung up on me. I know it can't be for billing or they would leave a message..(besides not being behind) So it must be a sales call of some sort. I am so thankful for my new panasonic phone that you can block numbers.. they are now blocked.
