Received several call from 718-670-0200. I do not have my cable service with them so I never answered my phone. It was a nightmare dealing with Verizon trying to get them to stop charging me over $160.00 per month when I owed $96.00 per month. It was six months before they got it right. I was hoping Time Warner would be better? I seem to recall calling TWC to get a price and I could hear a baby crying in the background also several people laughing. I told the person on the phone I could not hear him and he told the people to be quiet. My call went to a private house, not an office. What kind of business is TWC and Verizon running. This is the USA not South America.
I have been receiving these calls sometimes twice a day from 1.718.670.0200 running on two weeks. No messages, and since I don't know the number I have not answered it. Today I answered and it disconnected. I am not sure if it is really a TWC number or not, but it is annoying and could be fraudulent.

2yrs now to this day & my service still sucks, yet when I complain they never let me speak to a manager. they only call when they need something. damn crooked [***]
