Call came from caller ID as 999-299-7646 on my cell phone. Said I had won a prize from American Airlines -- vacations, money etc. He had my number but not my name. I asked how I could call him back -- he gave me 718-673-6170 - Verrry bad accent. Said the company name was CBC and his name was James Robertson (very likely with that accent). Said he was in New York.
Yes.. I got a called to my cell from a number 206-777-0020, saying I filled in a ballot in last christmas which I did not have my cell at that time yet. His name is Shan Jackson with a very strong indian accents. Then he transfer me to another guy name Kevin Peterson and here is his extension 718-673-6170 ext 455. Didn't see the post till now and schedule to meet at their office at 6pm tomorrow. Will just ignore the apointment and forget about it.
They called me and told me I had a warant for my arrest due to unpain payday loans. I call the FTC, Better Business Bureau and my county attorney to report this. After they called several times to call them, I did so trying to find out from whom I owed money, I finally got a name from them, I called them and the company had no record of me ever being a customer. I called them back to find out who they were and I never got a straight answer, in fact they told me to "Shut up" and then told me to not call them again or they would report me as harassing them. Found out what my rights were fromt he FTC.
A man named Ray called me on October 6, 2009, left a message saying that I better call me back or else. The phone number was 718-673-6170. He called my work yesterday too, and left a messasge to call him. He said he is the Senior Attorney of what I don't know.I have filed a complaint with the FBI and FTC. Next, I am going to the police.
A girl called my cell phone today by the name of Erica and said it was a law firm and I needed to call them back immediately. It showed up as unavailable on my caller id, but this was the number she left to call back. 718-673-6170
