caller stated that they are debt collector and that have defaulted on a payday loan and will arrest me if I did not pay immediately. They were vulgar and abusive and had a heavy forgeiner accent.
i got the same voice mail to call them back and that i was going to jail for unpaid pay day loans(which i dont have). so i called them back and all they did was use vulgar language. they also told me that i was gonna get fired from work. needless to say im an officer myself. so i knew that was not gonna happen. they have horrible accents. i got names like zack and ryan. does anyone know of them using our ss or our names for anything? im really worried bout that.
Received a call from this number. The caller had a accent and stated it was a urgent matter of legal importance. He also state the names of two friends. When I call I reached a gentleman. He states that I had three counts beig filed against me. When I asked the creditor he first said cashnet then cash express. They threathened to call two of my friends. When I asked again who the creditor was he said cash express. When I called them on it. He hung up on me. Then called back and instead of threathening asked me why I was mad and screaming at him. I explained that they were lying and any payment that may have been owed was given to the mentioned creditor and they have told me they did not respresent them. He then change tactics to that of a graffic sexual nature. I hung up. He called back several times from a restricted number and keep going. I plan to report to police and tried to record part of the explict phone calls. I called back and asked to talk to a supervisor. They acted like they tried to transfer me but the explict sexual talk started again!
