Who called from 7189253444

I was told today that it was a great deal on my onstar minutes said no thanks and hung up

Report them to the FCC ..The form is on-line and only takes a few minutes to activate.. You should have the time of day(s) and frequency , report them as harassing you.
I have stopped these pests in this manner

This number frequently calls immediately following a Wisconsin 414 number then followed by a 928 Arizona number.  Spammers?

Called @ 14:52 on 9//2014 left nothing but dead air on voice mail.

I get these calls twice a day too.  Mostly it rings twice and they hang up.  I do not have nor I have i ever had XM radio so I am not sure why they would be trying to contact me.
