Hilda (uh..huh sure that's her real name too.) called asking for the owner. I offered to let someone else help, but she wanted only to speak with the owner. (At this point any receptionist out there knows they have a solicitor on the line.) My job is to field calls, we accept all calls even those from solicitors, but they sure don't go directly to the owner. I'm positive they use their vague "SMS" on the caller ID so that you can't Google them to see who they are and so that it doesn't just say "unavailable".
Stop Calling!!! Rude Rude Rude. I know when it is a sales call coming in and I give them the run around all the time. They get angry because they can't say what they want so just hang up.
