Hilda (uh..huh sure that's her real name too.) called asking for the owner. I offered to let someone else help, but she wanted only to speak with the owner. (At this point any receptionist out there knows they have a solicitor on the line.) My job is to field calls, we accept all calls even those from solicitors, but they sure don't go directly to the owner. I'm positive they use their vague "SMS" on the caller ID so that you can't Google them to see who they are and so that it doesn't just say "unavailable".

We received a call from them as well. When I tried to ask what the call is about they got very rude and hung up. When you call back, if you get an answer, the woman that answers claims that she knows nothing. She explains that they have eight companies on that phone number and that she can't put you to their owner as she has no idea who it is. She just was hired today and put on the phones.
