Hilda (uh..huh sure that's her real name too.) called asking for the owner. I offered to let someone else help, but she wanted only to speak with the owner. (At this point any receptionist out there knows they have a solicitor on the line.) My job is to field calls, we accept all calls even those from solicitors, but they sure don't go directly to the owner. I'm positive they use their vague "SMS" on the caller ID so that you can't Google them to see who they are and so that it doesn't just say "unavailable".

Just like everyone else on here stated, these people are rude! Yes it's a scam! She asked for a person that is not with our company and when I told her that there was nobody her by that name here, she insisted there was because "she read it on the internet". We all know everything you read on the internet must be true, right? LOL. Anyway, any company that would rely on the internet for their facts is a company that you should avoid.
Just got a call from this number, they asked for the owner and I said hold on one moment, and I put them on hold and they hung up. Ahhh:) Easiest call I have had all day, I plan on calling back when I have a some down time and giving them a taste of their own meds
