Well, if you have several accts they will call every number listed on the accts, each six times for each acct and each number and it IS legal. Answer and see what's going on if you want the calls to stop.

I agree! I worked collections back in the 90's and we left msgs. Must be a robot who does the work now. They call all the time from various numbers and I'm on a payment plan. Don't leave a msg I don't call back!
I received 9 calls from them so far today, and the days not done yet. The calls started at 8:28am-2:54pm and right now it is 2:59pm...9 times.

I called back and it's a debt collection agency for multiple different stores. I know they are calling me for my Ann Taylor account because I missed last months payment. But to call 9 times and not leave at least 1 message is harassment and very annoying. They keep calling me over 20 times a day and calls past 10 at night without saying anything. I finally answered and they asked for me and I said it was and the girl very rudely told me "oh we'll just call back later then" and was pushing buttons in my ear. Sorry but that is a form of harassment and calling me at 10p.m. while I have work the next day and they don't say a word on the phone. Stop harassing me..
I have zero credit card debt, no loans, all bills current or paid in full.
Started receiving calls about a week ago. They call as early as (PST) 6:05 AM, subsequent calls throughout the day up until 9:30PM and all hours on the weekend.
Never leave a message. There should be a law. You block them and they just use a new number.
I refuse to call since I'm not paying for a long distance call. Yes, I. Am registered on the do not call site.
