Well, if you have several accts they will call every number listed on the accts, each six times for each acct and each number and it IS legal. Answer and see what's going on if you want the calls to stop.
In less than 30 minutes I've gotten 4 calls from this number. I know what they're calling for, I missed a payment on my VS card. Make that 5 calls, they just called again!!
I answered finally & told her this is harassment & if it was that big of a deal to leave a voicemail, she told me they don't leave voicemails! Sorry excuse for a business! How can you call 5 times within 1/2 hour?!
If you can show your Attorney General's office this is a debt collector they can get fined for harassment for repeatedly calling, I know because here in MN I did it.
