Who called from 7400010000

I was told not to answer these kind of calls they are scammers looking for good phone numbers that people answer and then they will sell or use the numbers to scam people. Examples of irs, aep, Windows computer any other scam you can think of.

This a fake/spoofed number. In the North American Numbering Plan, area codes and telephone exchanges do not start with a 0 or 1.
