Who called from 7400010000

Continue to receive this call ...

I keep getting calls from this number and when I try to block it I can't because it is an invalid number and TWC says numbers can't end in O or 1.

Same here, can't find any info on it.

Called twice .  No answer.  Hung up.  Trying to block it and will report it to phone company

I got the same call from the same number and it also came invalid number. I call it Back and it connected me to frontier communications. I talked to that customer service and they didn't know anything about it.
