Don't bother asking for them to remove you from their list - they're not interested in what you want. Block the caller, and don't answer the phone if you don't know the number. Their calls are likely computer dialing programs; if you answer, it tells them to keep calling at roughly the same time of day. You can complain about them all you like, but it does precisely nothing. Just don't answer.
Received call from this number on my cell phone. Did not recognize, did not answer. They left a 3-sec voicemail from computerized voice that said "... goodbye".
Another call from Ohio where I don't know anyone. Since I'm heading into retirement and my college days are 40 years past, shows how stupid these people are in preparing their student loan contact list. Don't answer calls from people you don't know and put these jerks out of business.
