These are the people. http://www.cnn.com/2015/05/19/us/scam-charity-investigation/
They are con artists that have scammed 185 million dollars and spent it on themselves. FTC is trying to shut them down but they are still in business. An FCC complaint would be a good idea. They are building a case in all 50 states against them.
Since the government has shut them down, several months ago, might even be a year, where do you get the idea they are still in business? Do you have evidence that they are still in business, or are you making an assumption based on the fact that you haven't kept up with the case?
These undisclosed calls involving the predatory fundraising / tele-funding call center networks involve multiple call center networks.

I NEVER answer unfamiliar phone numbers. If they call several times, if I'm in the mood I'll answer then say, "Hold on a second", then I just lay the phone down. I never go back to the call. Enough of that and they get the hint!!
I have gotten hundreds of calls from them. UNITED BREAST CANCER. I asked them to please stop calling me, as I just recently went through breast cancer myself. The woman didn't even take a breath from reading her pre-printed spiel, not to sympathize or say she understood, then finally came up for air and asked how much I wanted to donate! No REAL cancer research volunteers will EVER call non-stop like this one does, and I'm beginning to think they're a scam outfit.
