They left a message about an ongoing investigation and that if I don't respond that means I have waived my right to an attorney and they will submit the file (not identified) to the state (not identified). Sounds like a scam to me.
"This is a documented call on record regarding an ongoing investigation...need to speak with you or your attorney TODAY....will submit the file to the state...thank you. Have a great day." Are you serious? Get out of here with that nonsense. These people drive me nuts
I got the same called. I asked what is the company name, she would not even tell me. Also, she got upset with me and hung up the phone. She was mad because I had my number blocked. She still could have told me the name of her company. Sound like a good scammed.
