Who called from 7402082108

Scam.  Robo call from "the fraud division".  Well, he got that part right.  The call was a total fraud.

Got a call from 740-201-1226 today on Jan 03, 2017. Reverse look up shows some place Lewis Center, OH. There was no call but straight away a recorded message left exactly as stated by other people in the posts above. Called back the number, nobody answered. Tried twice. Informing the authorities. Do not provide any personal information.
