Who called from 7409759296

Called at 0630.  I called back and it said my call cannot be completed as dialed.

Called at 6:28 AM.  Riding my motorcycle so I couldn't answer my phone.  Left no message.

Just hit my cell as well, no message left.

Called at 9:55am about lowering my credit interest.  They didn't say a company name.

They left a message, as a solicitation to lower my credit card interest rate.  Today is apparently the last day that I might be I eligible,  so I better call them...  NOT!
