Called and asked for head of household. I asked who is calling and the guy started on his scripted pitch about helping disabled veterans. I told him I donate to Wounded Warriors and hung up.
this 757 area code set of numbers calls at the beginning of every month - they are all scams from this set of 757 numbers - DO NOT give them any money!!!
I just received a similar call except they asked if Carol was there (which happens to be my wife's name). I asked the full name of the person you wish to talk to and they said something like, Pardon Me? I asked again and they wanted the head of household. I asked the same question, what is the name of the person you wish to speak with and they hung up.
