just a message left - from care.com - letting you know updates to the site .. i did have a resume posted there at one time - that is how they got my number - unsure if they just call random people or not
An small amount of money was taken out of my checking account from CareZen Inc. This number was associated with the transaction. All of this was UNAUTHORIZED...When I call the this number all I get is an answering service. Has anyone else had problems with this company as far as unauthorized transactions being taken from their account and if so, how was it resolved. I would appreciate any help I could get with this issue.
an autmated message was left on my voicemail indicating that this is Care.com. Apparently my niece is trying to get a job as a care provider and they were contacting me for a reference.

I also have just discovered an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE to my checking account for $30.00. I hired a pet-sitter, but how did they get my bank account information?! It has CCI* care.com on my bank record!! Something very serious is going on here. No telephone call, though.
