I just found an unauthorized charge to my account for $35.00. It shows CCI*CARE.COM and the phone number of 781-342-5900. The customer service rep I spoke to said that they already knew it was a fraudulent account, had closed it and issued a refund. I should see the refund in 3-5 days.
I have a charge on my Wells Fargo credit card of $60 from Care.Com. I do not know what this is for. I have placed an ad on Care.Com but it was indicated as free and I have not given any credit card number to this place.
i saw a charge to my account from cci*care.com with this number-the charge was for 35.00. i called the customer service number and no rep was available, so i emailed them at their website to refund me and close my account. this account should have been closed a long time ago.
I have had 4 charges of 35.00 each deducted from my checking account. Never heard of these people. Never had phone calls from the 781-642-5900 number. Although, this is the number on my bank statement. Giving them a call.
