1-4-16 Received a call from a male asking me if he could get a passport at my business address. When I told him he could come down to find out he called me a [***] and hung up. I called back and got a msge from retirement services and to call back as I will get different prompts then. Weird!
This phone number belongs to RBS Citizens. Specifically their Financial Investigative Unit (FIU) who monitors and identifies suspicious activity regarding customer accounts for the organization. These phone calls are legitimate.

Received a call from 781-655-2000 today, but they didn't leave a message. Caller ID showed RBS Citizens N. on it. Looked up the number and believe it to be a scam because I don't have a Citizens Bank account, nor are any of my credit cards Citizen Bank branded...
