Constant notices to my address person moved from this address 6 years ago, I call them to change address and stop calling here, this is more than harassment, I gave them correct address and phone number they still continue to call and send mail to my address. furious!

this company has been notified my me numerous times that the person Terry L Smith no longer lives at my address, I feel harassed after 6 years of dunning letters and phone calls. he is on the internet, has a public business, there is no reason for DMI to continue to harass me, I am not his mother, friend, or whatever. Just got a threatening "notice" from DMI, (Debt Management Incorporated) 6400 Pinecrest Drive, Suite 400, Plano TX 75024-2959. These a$$wipes were threatening us because we didn't respond to their previous "notices" regarding settling our credit card debt. We hadn't responded to their "Activation" notices for a debt mediation plan. We never contacted these idiots, have no idea where they got our information. They gave us a 1-800 number to call. I ripped up their "notice" and tossed it in the garbage where it belongs. We had our credit info stolen online and somebody charged up our credit card. As a result, now we are getting these harassing notices from this shady company. Before, they were trying to call us but I never responded. If you get anything from these people. THROW IT AWAY. Our bank took care of the credit card problem, and we have never had a reason for companies like these to threaten us, as we have always kept up with our CC payments. DMI IS A SCAM ARTIST! BEWARE!

This is a scam. If someone falls for it, then that person pays $360.00 a month for a service that will rip them off for not only the $15,000 they say they are paying but for the settlement offer of $9,300.00.
The name is unrecognizable scribble, and they are TARGETING HAWAII RESIDENTS... why? Because Hawaii is the only state left that has not placed these types of mailings under prohibition. As soon as the lawmakers can spit out the same law the other 49 states did, we can stop getting these harassing letters. Until then... I'm sure 1 in 500 fall for it which pays their bills.

Their activation line number is 1-800-979-2098 and they have no idea when you use the reference number what it is pertaining to, which indicates complete fraud.
