Constant notices to my address person moved from this address 6 years ago, I call them to change address and stop calling here, this is more than harassment, I gave them correct address and phone number they still continue to call and send mail to my address. furious!
Same place as the above complaints 6400 pinecrest suite 400 plano texas 75024-2959..They want to sell you fake warranty on your vehicle. They are nothing but scammers and need to get a REAL job....
These goofs are now in the "Auto Warranty" business. I contacted the District Attorney's Office in Collin County, Texas and I am going to do something about this. They are criminals and this is the 5th letter I've gotten and they don't know who they are screwing with. I will do what I can legally, and will use the info on here to solidify my case and if anyone wants to add their 2 cents in, please feel free to write me.
call from these Vehicle services Dept Plano TX. I own a 204 Honda CRV and a 2012 Ford F150 quad cab, somehow they know the make and model and year, but i suppose if they serch the internet long enough they can find that for free on any state site.I want to get them shut down. I repoorted to my state attny general and the FCC. I suppose the thing is is that they are likely "barely legal" they probably just stay barely on the gray area of the law so it is buyer beware. I report them anyway. lots of online complaints about these warranty scams .
Not a phone call, but snail mail. Vehicle Services Department. Other sites have identified this as AutoAssure, same address. Also, these slimeballs also run Payment Assure and NETDEBT, whatever they are. The head slimeball is Bill Loughborough. All of his businesses are located at 6400 Pinecrest Drive, Suite 400, Plano, TX. The number on their current scam is 866-491-9998, which I've already reported. Just throw the letters away and don't answer the phone if they call. All you'll do is let them know they hit a valid number or address.
