This is a call center in the Richmond area. I got a call from them arranging for a hospital medical procedure. Because it is a call center, they probably have contracts to make a lot of different type of calls. Everything from selling Vegematics, to setting hospital appointments, to asking for payments.
If they call you its because you (or someone else) gave them your cell phone #. It's a legitimate business.
