Probably legit. I owe HCA Lewis Gale money I haven't been able to pay.

I called back the number person did not leave a message. When I called back they did tell me I have an appointment at Brookside location for a appointment and hung up. The were rude. I did not get to tell them that I had been to the appointment had canceled the appointment. They were so rude to hang up. I still wondered if they was a scammer.
