Same crap. We'll be arrested if we don't pay IRS, etc etc. Indian accent gave the name Tom White.

Indian accent, poor english, said from IRS auditing department, instructed to have our attorney call regarding legal action. Said name was Jacob Jones.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Same message from Indian accented guy. Threatened me with tax evasion.  Also got call from same type of guy from # 804-316-9741

I keep receiving calls from this number and I have no idea who this is, when I go to answer it, no one answers on the other end and I just hang up. This happens at least once a day.
