Who called from 8045543036

January 29, 2015 1419 hrs. Indian accent called and left the following SPAM message:
"Phone number: 804-554-3036
We have received some serious issues against your tax problem.  But before we take this matter to court and a warrant is issued under your name, do call us back immediately.

The number to reach me again that’s 804-554-3036.

Don’t disregard this message and do return the call.

If I don’t hear from you or your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you.

Thank you and have a good day.  Goodbye"

Starting to get these calls on a daily basis...isn't there anything that can be done to get these idiots?  They are obviously NOT from the IRS, and their English is so poor that they should be put away, if for nothing else, than stupidity and illiteracy!!

Called twice today says his name is Jim This is the IRS. You owe money or else

This is a common fraud attempt.
Local police > local FBI > IRS > US Treasury Inspector General

That the caller had a heavily hispanic voice was ironic.  At least the recorded message defaulted to English.

Note to Website:  Your "Call Type" omits FRAUD / SCAM / PHISHING

Received four calls over the past ten days--each a message on the answering machine: James from IRS Services requesting call back to 804-554-3036 from me or my attorney, and if not he can "only wish me luck."
