I don't think I received a call from this number, but I have had the same issue - a large amount was debited from my account as Capital One Bank with this same phone number attached to the transaction. When I call all I get is a busy signal also. I do have a claim in with my bank - but the sad thing is I noticed this before the bank called for possible fraud. I've had calls from the bank in the past for possible fraud for much lower amounts than this one???
This number is someone using it for fraudulent charges on debit cards...Got hit for very large amount. Reported to my bank immediately, they said they cant do anything about it until the charge goes through and not pending anymore??? Fyi, they may have messed with the wrong person this time. I will find them...
