I do not have a Capitol One card. it charged 265.25 from me and the number is unreachable constant busy. I have not even been in Va. in 7 years.

Took 300.00 from my bank account I don't have capital one anything

Call your bank immediately, close the account, and file a dispute. Do not keep the account open as you do not want to risk them taking any further money from it.
