Seems now in Aug 2017 this number is offering work at home opportunities per "Ken" who called and spoke with me. Shows as E Marketing Systems on caller ID. Asked to remove #..female calls me 2 hrs later n I tell her my # was supposed to be removed earlier and ask why they are calling me again..CLICK..the other end disconnects and Im listening to dialtone.
On the 3rd day of calls claiming to be The IRS. Another #, Another Area Code, and now a Threatening Message with legal ramification if call not returned to determine the 'Claim Number' for the Law Suit that the IRS will be filing. Such a SCAM!!!
Recording purporting to be from Magistrates Court about my failure to respond to a fraud charge. Reverse number lookup shows number registered to a Kelvin Lucie on Castlewood Rd in Richmond, VA
There is a very good chance that that number is spoofed - faked - and that person has no idea it is being used. IF you really had a court date, you would have written confirmation.
I got the same message a month ago and called. It is a total fraud since I asked to speak to the supervisor and they hesitated and hold. It is all a scam. I just got another call and robo message saying that it will go before a federal magistrate. Good luck! My husband is a lawyer! DO NOT GIVE OR CONFIRM YOUR NAME, ETC.
